selected of the best herds.
In
its pasteurization proccesing, the milk is boling
in a temperature of 140 to 150 1/4 centigrades
grades, during 2 or 4 seconds and it get cool
quickly in an environment temperature, to be
putting in a container.
The
result its a pure and healthy milk, it is conserved
until 6 months, and doesn't need refrigeration,
keeping all its natural characteristics, flavor
and consistency.
